**We are unable to book any appointments / reservations until we have complete vaccination records**

Please contact us, so we can get the process started! 

 

We will need current vaccine records administered by a veterinarian, must be submitted, verified, & on file before coming to our facility. Dogs/Puppies (must be 16 weeks old) must be current & completed all series of vaccinations

​

1) Rabies  

2) Distemper + Parvo (also called DHLPP or DHPP)

3) Canine Influenza H3N8/H3N2 (2 part series)

4) Bordetella - must be administered within the last six (6) months*
